MALABANIAS, ANGELES CITY – In the spirit of the love month, Beepo Inc. initiated a small charity event aimed to bring warmth and joy to the children in need. A total of 38 kids at Duyan ni Maria Children’s Home were all smiles as they received their presents.

Employees from different accounts and departments made an aggregate effort to chip in for donations ranging from food, toys, toiletries, medicines, to other basic essentials. On February 4, staff volunteers convened to distribute the commodities at the institution.

As a way of returning the favour, the children entertained the volunteers by showing off their talents through dance and song numbers.

“We’re very grateful for all the voluntary contributions that you gave because all of us here are only living off the donations bestowed by big-hearted and generous people,” said Sister Vic.

“We’re planning to move to another site. That’s why we are knocking on the hearts of kind and good individuals to lend us a hand for the construction of the building to ultimately meet government standards,” she added.

Jessie Narciso, Beepo Inc.’s Recruitment and Human Resources Manager, stated in his concluding message that he thinks “This [charity drive] is something that we have to continuously do, not just today but also moving forward. There are children here from pre-school to college, let’s continuously help them to make a brighter future for them so they can stand on their own.”
