Overview of the role:
This job role’s responsibilities are supporting the day to day operations of a property management business or department by supporting the team with administrative tasks, inspecting property conditions and coordinating maintenance work. Also, this role requires to have an experience in PropertyMe/PropertyTree software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive applications from prospective clients and verify if requirements are complete
 - Communicate with tenancy applicants and provided references
 - Screen prospective tenants in databases
 - Follow up on tenants with arrears
 - Produce and issue notices of breach
 - Schedule routine inspections
 - Receive repair and maintenance requests
 - Liaise or make follow ups with tradespeople or suppliers
 - Identify tenants with approaching end of contract
 - Produce and issue lease renewals
 - Database clean up by merging bios or deleting duplicates
 - Ensure communications are all responded to within a timely manner
 - Daily coordination of completed tasks with property manager
 - Manage multiple software applications
 - Assist in inspection management
 - Attend to ad hoc admin tasks from time to time when required.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous Australian real estate property management experience
 - Experience with Property Me or Property Tree software
 - Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
 - Honest, reliable with a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work independently as part of a team
 - Ability to adapt to new software and administrative tasks effectively
 - Know when to have fun but are aware when to become professional and appropriate
 - Able to achieve deadlines and show good attention to detail
 - Can handle corrections and have self-responsibility
 - Able to manage time and prioritize workload according to business requirements
