Sales Assistant

Overview of the role:

This role is responsible for providing a critical support function to a real estate sales agent or sales team.

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Database management and cleansing
  • Outbound calls to database and conducting buyer surveys
  • Research market information and compile data for agents
  • Diary management for sales agents
  • Assist in online marketing
  • Send out email campaigns
  • Format property profile in portals
  • Preparation of vendor reports
  • Draft appraisals and property pre-occupation forms
  • Create listing and appraisal packs for agents
  • Import files from portal to another online tool
  • Manage multiple software applications
  • Inspection management
  • Sign ordering and take down log.
Required skills and qualifications:
  • At least 1 to 2 years of outbound sales experience preferably in a high volume or hard selling background
  • Proficient in MS Office and previous CRM management experience
  • Ability to reach targets and maintain consistency in KPI’s set
  • Proactive and with excellent perception to ‘think in advance’
  • Ability to ‘get things done’ in a timely manner
  • Ability to prioritise urgent tasks
  • Can handle rejection and difficult customers
  • Good at conflict resolution
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and learning
  • Ability to adapt to new software and applications
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Good attitude and excellent work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
