Overview of the role:
Responsible for assisting website visitors. More than just driving the conversation toward a defined resolution, you are an expert in having meaningful conversations with customers to drive leads.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Converse and provide assistance through online chat
 - Actively listen to customers and analyse and address all of their questions
 - Escalate questions to the clients if required
 - Identify the customer’s issue and provide available support options
 - Ensure timely response throughout the chat conversation
 - Professionally deal with customers.
 
Required skills and qualifications:
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
 - Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving skills
 - Highly professional and sensitive to customer concerns
 - Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
 - Ability to adapt to new tools and software
 - Knows how to ask questions, have self-direction and must show initiative
 - Calm under pressure
 - Fast-learner.
