Overview of the role:

Responsible for assisting website visitors. More than just driving the conversation toward a defined resolution, you are an expert in having meaningful conversations with customers to drive leads.

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Converse and provide assistance through online chat
  • Actively listen to customers and analyse and address all of their questions
  • Escalate questions to the clients if required
  • Identify the customer’s issue and provide available support options
  • Ensure timely response throughout the chat conversation
  • Professionally deal with customers.
Required skills and qualifications:
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving skills
  • Highly professional and sensitive to customer concerns
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Knows how to ask questions, have self-direction and must show initiative
  • Calm under pressure
  • Fast-learner.
