Accounts Admin Assistant with XERO Experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collations (letters, invoices, putting the financial statements and tax returns into a format that is presentable)
  • General administration duties
  • Personal Assistant duties
  • General typing of client correspondence regarding ATO (e.g. Notice of Assessments; Activity Statements; General client maintenance)
  • Processing of invoices
  • Corporate Secretarial processes
  • Maintenance of Client Records and Data
  • Provision of reports from practice management software when required.
  • Property Tree Daily Receipting and Bank Reconciliation
  • Chasing Arrears
  • Company Accounts
  • Budgeting
  • Xero transactions
  • Compile BAS 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • High level administration person that shows initiative
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Preferably has an Accounting Experience using PropertyTree and XERO
  • Computer Savvy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
  • Able to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Strong work ethics
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Trustworthy, honest and discreet
  • An eye for detail
  • Ability to learn new systems and online tools
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
