Accounts Admin – Australian Real Estate (PropertyTree and Xero)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile financial statements when required
  • Prepare, send and store invoices
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
  • Identify and address discrepancies
  • Assist in reporting the status of accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage and update Accounting database, software and spreadsheet
  • Daily receipting and reconciling
  • Manage over 500 properties
  • Reporting to Office Manager daily
  • Compile cash flows for the business
  • End of month business reporting
  • Prepare Sales department contracts
  • Assist in Auditing tasks
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Accounting or related
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience working for an Accounts role in an Australian Real Estate company
  • Must have PropertyTree experience
  • Must have Xero qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Auditing skills
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Able to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
