Accounts Admin (Outbound Collections Experience)

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Import daily banking transactions
  • Process rent and water allocations
  • Daily reconciliation
  • Follow up on tenants with arrears
  • Send reports to Property Manager/Admin
  • Chase tenant in arrears by phone email and text
  • Negotiate payment plans, create mediation orders (swiftfix)
  • Inform Property Manager of process as needed
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Accounts/Business Administration background
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience with outbound collections
  • Willing to learn and open to do Administrative work
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Has great attention to detail
  • Honestly want to help and assist
  • Know when to have fun but are aware when to become professional and appropriate
  • Are eyeing to correctly complete tasks given to them as their goal
  • Can handle corrections and have self-responsibility
  • Can multi-task and manage tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Background in Australian and/or New Zealand real estate is an advantage
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
