Accounts Administration Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Uploading client details in company CRM
  • Integrating client into company proposal system
  • Typing up quotes
  • Ensuring all quotes have been submitted
  • Ensuring all quotes have not bounced and received by client
  • Monitoring and advising when quotes have been won or declined
  • Potentially communicating with potential clients after quotes have been send to answer questions
  • Potentially booking in quotes into calendar
  • Liaising with Office Manager, Operations Manager and Director
  • Inputting bills and invoices to Xero
  • Sending invoices to clients
  • Reconciling transactions
  • Sending receipts to clients
  • Sending purchase orders to contacts
  • Approving employee timesheets in Deputy
  • Integrating timesheets into Xero
  • Coding timesheet to address of job
  • Create payroll for employees
  • Liaising with Office Manager and Director
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Graduate of Accountancy or any related course
  • Must have 2 years accounting experience
  • Xero experience preferred
  • Possess strong and effective communication skills
  • Must be resourceful and detail oriented
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • Positive working attitude
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
