Accounts and Admin Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage account related duties between different areas of the business with some general accounting duties
  • Communicate and report on status of accounts
  • Process Receipts, bank statements, reconciliation and end of month trust accounting
  • Property Management administration tasks such as lease renewals, arrears management and maintenance support.
  • Liaise with internal staff and third-party suppliers to identify errors or things that need attention on invoices
  • Update database regularly on status of all work
  • Support accounts team with general administrative tasks/ Ad hoc from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Accounting or any related course
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Great Administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills with winning attitude
  • Strong account knowledge and ability to read and understand various invoices and identify problems such as – interests, balance brought forward, double invoices
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and process quickly
  • Diligent with strong organization skills such time management, make sure invoices are accurate and bills are processed on time
  • Positive working attitude
  • Previous experience in real estate and PropertyMe software would be an advantage
  • Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
