Accounts and Admin Assistant (Weekends off)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Application processing and follow-up
  • Water Invoices
  • Rental Invoices (Only those outside the ourproperty system)
  • Weekly advertising invoices for pim properties
  • General account invoice processing and corresponding entries into MYOB
  • Creation of p and l reports and gst reports etc.
  • Social media handling on behalf of the sales team
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 1 year of administration or back office background
  • Thorough and diligent with high attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills
  • Desire to grow within a role and learn new things
  • Experience with MYOB or Console (Property Management software) exposure is an advantage
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
