Accounts and Admin Support with Xero Experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handle Trust Accounts, invoicing, advertising and Sales Admin tasks
  • Handle calculation on agents commission, settlement commissions etc
  • Set contracts in REX
  • Set up of transfer of money out of the Trust, then setting it up to 3 parts
  • Save files including copies of contracts to Google Drive
  • Other general admin duties
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Accounting or related
  • Experience as Accountant or Bookkeeper
  • Experience in Xero for at least 6 months to 1 year 
  • Experience with Administrative tasks and outsourcing role as Virtual Assistant 
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Has high attention to detail
  • Can handle corrections and have self-responsibility
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Experience within the Australian Real Estate industry and REX software would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
