Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper (Xero or MYOB Experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Invoice generation and bank reconciliation
  • Assist in processing BAS, superannuation, single touch payroll (only 1 employee) and ABA files for payments
  • Manage client database and ensure client data is recorded correctly
  • Contact clients and make appointments
  • Follow up consultants and providers
  • Conduct research based activities in real estate through contacting companies or agents
  • Complete admin tasks delegated by client
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Bookkeeping, Business Administration or related
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Bookkeeping skills on cloud based systems such as MYOB, XERO or QUICKEN
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • High attention to detail
  • Can work autonomously
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated and with a strong sense of accountability
  • Able to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Ideally flexible with work hours when needed
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
