Admin and Accounts Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Perform order entry (fax, email & online)
  • Invoice picking slips from a communal inbox
  • Perform Credit processing / Return to Stocks
  • Execute product withdrawals and recall credits
  • Process promotion under focus items
  • Maintain and add confirmed ranges
  • Allocate debtor pricing on all new retail products
  • Respond to history card requests
  • Input and manage accuracy of promotional pricing
  • Organise setup of new line pricing across all price fields
  • Maintain integrity and accuracy of pricing information loaded against the price fields
  • Manage accuracy of pricing and apply changes
  • Update the master price list when price changes have been applied
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 1 year of Admin or Bookkeeping/Invoicing and data entry experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Accurate and high attention to detail
  • Experience in Pronto and Phocas (ideal but not essential)
  • Experience in Australian BPO is an advantage
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage priorities / time management skill
  • Has a “Can Do” attitude
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
