Admin and Accounts Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry and generation of multiple reports
  • Support a wide range of business units and generate reports for the directors, retail, operations, service team and marketing
  • Generate and compile reports from Clients CRM with a high-level accuracy and timeliness
  • Work on admin reports such as NPS, Incentives, Staff hours, Quality measures, Callback list, etc.
  • Finish reports at particular times of the day since these will be used by the managers for planning, decision making, etc
  • Maintain a database of files and other important documents
  • Update information directly into the system
  • Organize, segregate and/or file and documents
  • Review, check and audit important documents
  • Maintain confidential information
  • Other admin tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A graduate of a 4-year course in Business preferably in the following areas: Bachelor’s Degree in Office Administration, Management or Business Administration.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience – data entry or reporting position, preferably in the BPO industry
  • Computer savvy. Google Spreadsheet and MS Excel skill is highly regarded
  • Good general knowledge of any CRM
  • Preferably must have background on spreadsheet tables, charts and macros
  • Self-motivated and strong sense of accountability
  • Achieve timeliness, quick data entry speed and accuracy in work output
  • Must be willing to perform other administration duties as required by client
  • Must have eye and attention for detail
  • Must be communicative and is willing to give and receive feedback
  • Overly suggestive and fond of innovations
  • Ensure a tidy workplace and good housekeeping environment
  • Work in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures
  • Able to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Ability to understand new learnings across Finance tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and English communication skills both oral and written
  • Strong work ethic
  • Can work with minimum supervision and supervise others
  • Trustworthy, honest and discreet
  • Ability to learn new systems and online tools
  • Experience in the following would be an advantage: Email management, ClickPOS, contract review, tracking job orders, and Telco tools
