Admin and Marketing Assistant (Social Media and Basic WordPress)

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Admin and Marketing Tasks
  • Manage and execute provided social media campaign and posting plan
  • Manage all social media channels
  • Publish and update content on Wordpress website (not programming - just copy/text and upload) and social media platforms
  • Assist in sending out email newsletters
  • Calendar and email management
  • Data entry tasks and database management
  • Prepare and generate reports
  • Perform market research when needed
Loan Processing Tasks
  • Liaise with client to gather information and documentation needed for their loan application
  • Input the data in software and lodge application online
  • Liaise with all stakeholders to process the application to settlement when required
  • Constantly update client with the progress of the application
  • Constantly upgrade policy and product knowledge through ongoing training
  • Follow up client information via phone and email
  • Assist in identifying suitable lender to meet client needs
  • Speak with bank representatives to clarify key details when needed
  • Enter information in various portals and systems
  • Schedule follow up with client and lender representative when needed
 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Marketing or related
  • At least 1 year of Marketing and Administration experience for an Australian client
  • Experience in Social Media management
  • Basic WordPress posting knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Ability to acquire new skill sets and work in a diverse role
  • Ability to work on time critical tasks, multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn and be trained
  • Knowledge in Australian mortgage is desirable but not required
  • Ideally with experience in Executive Assistant tasks
  • Experience in creative designs for website would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
