Admin and Marketing Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Convert voice recordings to text for blog and newsletters
  • Send out monthly email newsletters through MailChimp
  • Assist in preparing, scheduling social media posts (created by the client voice recordings)
  • Assist in managing Google AdWords and upload articles or new content in the website
  • Manage and respond to messages in social media (Facebook, Google reviews, and other platforms utilized by the company)
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Graduate of BS Marketing or Management or similar
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high administration role or similar
  • Strong Written communication skills
  • Social media account knowledge - Preferably with background in LinkedIn management
  • Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office, Google AdWords, and MailChimp
  • Enthusiastic, positive communicator, mature and willing to learn
  • Ability to work on time critical tasks, multi-task and ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to hit ground running and work autonomously
  • Experience in working with an Australian client and background in the real estate industry would be an advantage
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
