Admin and Marketing Support – Australian Real Estate Background

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Prepare CMA Report via CoreLogic- RP Data
  • Prepare digikit via rhscout/compassplus (these are R&H programs)
  • Build modules on Adcompose for paper advertising
  • Generate and send Sales Advice (generated through CompassPlus)
  • Process Exchanges and Settlements in CompassPlus
  • Property marketing adjustments like price changes in CompassPlus
  • Build marketing brochures and window cards through Printforce and send for Vendor approval
  • Compile property fact sheet (information provided by agent) and send for Vendor approval
  • Book paper adverts and paper open for inspections
  • Enter buyer Feedback into CompassPlus and send weekly feedback reports
  • Compile/tailor marketing campaigns for owners
  • Assist with social media posts
  • List property online (via CompassPlus) and send buyer matches via email
  • Preview of listing to vendor for approval prior to going live online
  • Monthly graph and score card
  • Enter appraisals into CompassPlus and set agent follow up tasks
  • Update task list and enter follow up notes (into CompassPlus).
  • Prepare call lists for agent
  • Receipt sales deposits (in CompassPlus) and notify solicitors when deposit is in
  • Book photography and download photos and load into CompassPlus
  • Order pest and building reports via email
  • Add open homes online via CompassPlus
  • Prepare photo book and order client hampers
  • Order for sale sign installation
  • Arrange Pre settlements and complete pre settlement inspections when needed
  • Conduct buyer appointments and take calls when agent unavailable
  • Prepare key packs and open home packs in advance
  • Chasing exchange and settlement
  • Documents in MA kit kept up to date and CMA printed and packed ready for Market Appraisals
  • Confirm photography date with vendor
  • Book pest and building inspection with vendors
  • Run agent diary
  • Ask fact sheet questions to owner once initial is done by agent
  • Book open homes, private inspections, and valuations with vendors and/or tenants
  • Communicate with buyer’s bank
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 6 months of proven work experience as a Sales Administrator for an Australian Real Estate
  • Experience in using different CRMs systems such G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Compass Plus
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Ideally with Australia-New South Wales Real Estate exposure
  • Marketing background is a plus
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
  • With previous Sales Admin Support experience for an AU Real Estate client
