Admin Assistant and Customer Service Support (Australian BPO Background)

Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales / Customer Service
  • Represent the brand to all customers and potential customers through various communication channels including telephone and online
  • Present, promote and sell services using approved company scripts in a manner which is consistent with company values and brand position
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to existing customers through cold calling to review service delivery
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Act independently within parameters to solve issues instantly rather than escalate or delay solution
  • Coordinate sales effort and administrative effort with team members and other departments
  • Conduct basic screening of tutor applicants and respond to correspondence
  • Handle roster enquiries from tutors and make roster adjustments to replace tutors
  • Edit and format company documents (notes, lesson plans and workbooks) to ensure they match company template
  • Create Google Classrooms and upload prepared materials to the classroom
  • Provide first level technology support to students e.g. reset user passwords for Google and assist in accessing Google Classroom
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 2 years experience as an Admin Assistant for an AU client or business
  • Google Suite or MS Office proficient 
  • Experience in Customer Service or Sales 
  • Previous Sales and Customer Service experience in a BPO environment
  • Strong Administrative skills particularly in Word processing tools
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Experience in any CRM
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Tech savvy
  • Great phone manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Open to feedback
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and with sense of ownership
  • Amenable to shift schedule change 
  • Quick learner and adapts easily on new processes 
  • Good selling, communication, and negotiation skills would be ideal
  • HubSpot experience would be an advantage
