Admin Assistant (Australian Mortgage Knowledge)

Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Book meetings or phone calls with clients
  • Complete all file compliance reviews
  • Assist with pre-lodgement appointment preparation
  • Send Google review emails or post settlement emails via CRM
  • Save client documents to file
  • Order all lender valuations 
  • Data entry and CRM management
  • Prepare and generate reports
  • Review, check and audit important documents
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Office Administration, Business Management or related
  • At least 12 - 18 months Admin Assistant experience for an Australian business
  • Knowledge or exposure in Australian Mortgage
  • Intermediate to Advanced Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and highly organised
