Admin Assistant/Bookkeeper

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Accounts payable duties – working with inventory ERP system entering vendor bills and charges
  • Invoice reconciliation
  • Produce Statement of Accounts
  • Budget reconciliation
  • Entry and reconciliation of Business Credit Cards
  • Reconciliation with bank accounts
  • Manage multiple files, accounts and projects
  • Follow up debtors
  • Invoice generation and distribution
  • Payroll data entry and pre-processing
  • Assistance with admin tasks
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Accounting or related
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Intermediate Excel skills would be ideal)
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Trustworthy, honest and discreet
  • Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
  • Willingness to go above and beyond
  • Experience in Netsuite, Excel, Google Drive, Asana would be an advantage
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
