Admin Assistant (CRM Experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day support to the wealth management team in client administration
  • Process new business and compliance paperwork
  • Maintenance of the Firm’s CRM system
  • Scheduling and preparations for client meetings
  • General administrative support such as filing, scanning, preparation of presentations
  • Provide back-up support for front desk and general office administration
  • Assist with research projects and Firm events
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in client servicing or office administration
  • Preference for financial services experience
  • Strong organization skills with an ability to independently manage and organize a diverse task list
  • Strong team-work capability and excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, mature and willing to learn
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people of different functions and levels of seniority
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
