Admin Assistant/Customer Service

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Diary, email, and appointment management
  • Data entry and reports generation
  • Organize and maintain files and database in a confidential manner
  • Review, check and audit important documents
  • Answer phone calls or set up appointments when needed
  • Coordinate with different departments and team members
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Office Administration, Business Management or related
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Admin Support and Customer Service
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • High attention to detail
  • Team Player
  • Confident but friendly nature
  • Strong Computer and Administration skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Cares about what they do and able to adapt to change
  • Willing to jump in and learn, must have that inner drive
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ideally familiar or comfortable with medical terminologies
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
