Admin Assistant (PH/Local Loan Processing Background)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Handle pre-submission tasks including but not limited to reviewing files, inputting the data in software and various portals and system, lodging the application online
  • Assist in liaising with clients to gather information and documentation needed for their loan application when required
  • Identify any errors or outstanding information and follow up with the client via phone and email
  • Assist in responding to client queries and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Adhere to all internal policies and procedures, and escalate any potential risk to management
Additional Pre-Submission Tasks
  • Get the client's snapshots via Ezidox
  • Gather statements using bankstatements.com and save to client's folder
  • Rename documents, following the naming convention
  • Removing of TFNs
  • Creation of Loan File
  • Data Entry in Broker Platform and Apply Online
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Office Administration, Business Management or related
  • Administrative skills, preferably with local loan processing experience
  • Experience in using any CRMs
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Suites 
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Can do attitude
  • Willing to learn and adapt new skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Ideally with previous experience working as an Australian Broker Admin Assistant
