Admin Assistant (Real Estate Background)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create new leases for approved applicants and process tenant onboarding
  • Draft lease renewals for existing tenants with approaching end of contract
  • Process lease renewals
  • Setting up new managements in the system
  • Managing docusign for new lease and lease renewals
  • Follow up on tenants with arrears (for new client consultant only)
  • Finalising lost management
  • Bond audits
  • Advertising listings in REX
  • Organising weekly sign orders
  • Updating weekly market statistics
  • Ensure communications are all responded to within a timely manner
  • Daily coordination of completed tasks with property manager
  • Manage multiple software applications
  • Attend to ad hoc tasks from time to time when required
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Must have over 6 months of administration experience
  • Experience in the following would be an advantage: Australian Real Estate property management and Property Me software
  • Has previous CRM management experience
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English
  • Ability to adapt to new software and administrative tasks effectively
  • Able to achieve deadlines and show good attention to detail
  • Can handle corrections and have self-responsibility
  • Able to manage time and prioritize workload according to business requirements
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and learning
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
