Admin Assistant (Recruitment Admin & JobAdder) – Project Based Contract

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Manage and update JobAdder (ATS) including but not limited to entering candidate information, uploading resume and posting job advertisements
  • Assist in generating reports
  • Redesign the template when needed
  • Update spreadsheets, database and other trackers real time
  • Email management
  • Cross check resume details in LinkedIn 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Office Administration, Business Management or related
  • At least 1 year of Recruitment Admin experience
  • Experience in using JobAdder (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Proficient in Google Spreadsheets and MS Office
  • Email management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to complete repetitive tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge in MailChimp would be nice to have
