Admin Assistant w/ Marketing Project Management


Beepo is a newly established BPO in the Clark zone, specialising in Marketing, Administration and Payroll services.   
We are looking for an Admin Support with a background in Social Media platforms.  You must have the willingness to learn and work as part of a team. You will need flawless English communication skills, both written and verbal.  Work hours are during the day, with a 7am start time and end at 4pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Writes, posts and researches content in Social Media Channels
  • Researches and data mines of prospects for target industries/companies (eg through LinkedIn for commercial contacts)
  • Coordinating regular MailChimp campaigns and adding new contacts and deleting unsubscribes
  • Updates websites with new articles, posts and pictures
  • Writes and sends a reminder letter to existing customers
  • Utilises Capsule CRM and complete tasks as instructed
  • Prepares weekly Minutes of the Meeting
  • Prepares monthly marketing report to tract enquiries
  • Coordinates, helps create and monitors referral programs
  • Reviews Quote Roller (quoting system) and follows-up outstanding and un-viewed quotes (by email and phone)
  • Types and formats documents and quotes
  • Handles incoming and outgoing communications (including electronic mails) for external customers for reschedule, reminders and follow-ups
  • Assists in job bookings and follow-up
  • Manages social media platforms such as Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube
  • Performs general administrative tasks as directed

  • 1-2 years experience in related role
  • Solid understanding of Google Drive, Docs, Gmail, Google forms (creating, monitoring and managing)
  • Exceptional oral and written and presentation skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Background in construction service is highly regarded
  • Highly organized and with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
