Admin Assistant with Customer Service

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Handle inquiries and concerns from customers
  • Data entry, data scraping and database management
  • Prepare and generate reports when needed
  • Organize and maintain files and database in a confidential manner
  • Review, check and audit important documents
  • Coordinate with different departments and team members
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Office Administration, Business Management or related
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Admin Support and Customer Service
  • Proficient in MS Office specifically MS Excel
  • Familiar with Dropbox
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Great English communication skills
  • Good at handling queries and with empathy to the customers
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Takes ownership and knows when to escalate
  • Team Player
  • Proven track record delivering tangible results
  • High attention to detail
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Experience in the Construction or Property Management industry would be an advantage
  • Ideally with previous administration experience with any existing CRMs such as Salesforce, Hubspot or similar
