Admin Assistant with Social Media (Basic Video Editing)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and summarising of online media
  • Research, write and post engaging content for web and social media channels
  • Researching issues
  • Manages Administrative Tasks as directed
  • Basic bookkeeping and expense reconciliation
  • Compiling of weekly, monthly and annual reports
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases
  • Manage website and social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
  • Follows through on issues and tasks in a timely manner
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Ideally with 1 to 2 years in a social media, communications or similar role
  • Experience with implementing issue-based social media campaigns
  • Experience or willingness to also undertake admin support
  • Ability to write simple scripts for video content
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Highly competent in MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) / MS Outlook
  • Ability to write clearly, succinctly and persuasively.
  • Good communication skills
  • Proven time management skills
  • Experience in an Admin role for an Australian client would be ideal
  • Basic knowledge in bookkeeping and expense reconciliation would be an advantage
  • Familiarity and experience with using Social Media in a workplace environment would be ideal
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
