Admin Assistant

Overview:

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Office Administration. Candidates must have
the willingness to learn and work as part of a team. You will need great English communication skills, both

written and verbal. Work hours are during the day, with a 7am start time and end at 4pm.

Duties & Responsibilities:

● Collations (letters, invoices, putting the financial statements and tax returns into a format that is
presentable)
● General administration duties
● Personal Assistant duties
● ATO on-line – e.g. group tax, ABN, TFN, GST client maintenance
● Preparation of clients’ tax returns for signature which includes printing financials and ITR’s, collating
returns and financials, preparing covering letter, and documenting
● General typing of client correspondence regarding ATO (e.g. Notice of Assessments; Activity
Statements; General client maintenance)
● Processing of invoices
● Corporate Secretarial processes
● Maintenance of Client Records and Data
● Provision of reports from practice management software when required.

Qualifications & Experience:

● High level administration person that shows initiative
● At least 2 years’ experience in Administration or Virtual Assistant position, preferably in BPO
industry
● Computer savvy
● Excellent interpersonal skills
● Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
● Strong work ethics
● Can work with minimum supervision
● Trustworthy, honest and discreet
● An eye for detail
● Ability to learn new systems and online tools
