Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Sales Support Tasks
  • Process Exchanges and Settlements
  • Preparing different contracts
  • Manage database and enter entries to REX and client CRM software
  • Book open homes with vendors and tenants and prepare open homes packs in advance
  • Other administrative tasks for Sales Team
Property Management Tasks
  • Receive applications from prospective clients and verify if requirements are complete
  • Communicate with tenancy applicants and provided references
  • Screen prospective tenants in databases
  • Follow up on tenants with arrears
  • Produce and issue notices of breach when necessary
  • Schedule routine inspections and provide advisory of inspection plan
  • Receive repair and maintenance requests
  • Liaise or make follow ups with tradespeople or vendors
  • Identify tenants with approaching end of contract
  • Produce and issue lease renewals when necessary
  • Database clean up by merging bios or deleting duplicates
  • Ensure communications are all responded to within a timely manner
  • Daily coordination of completed tasks with property manager
  • Manage multiple software applications
  • Assist in inspection management
  • Attend to ad hoc tasks from time to time when required
Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least 1 to 2 years of Administration experience
  • Data Entry and Database Management experience
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Bubbly and Positive
  • Previous Australian Real Estate Property Management experience would be an advantage
  • Ideally with experience in REX, PropertyTree or Similar CRM
  • Slack experience would be nice to have
