Appointment Setter

Overview:

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in Appointment Booking including Office Administration.

Candidates must have the willingness to learn and work as part of a team. You will need great English communication skills, both written and verbal. Duties and Responsibilities:
The company has an extensive database of clients ‘known’ to them who want to introduce this new brand to this targeted
audience.

● Make appointments for the Directors and Sales Team
● Actively source new business project opportunities from an extensive project database list
● Investigate and find contact details for targeted Key Accounts
● Assist the Sales Team in managing Sales & Marketing campaigns including follow up calls
● Develop and maintain the Hubspot sales prospecting database for the company ensuring that all new entries in
the database are of an acceptable standard of accuracy and detail
● Source new records for the database as required
● Help manage Workflow and Database management of the Hubspot CRM system
● Reports to Managing Director
● Answering inbound calls and emails and directing accordingly
● Sales Support – assisting in following up enquiries, sample requests and other day to day customer and sales
team requirements
● Operate as an important link between clients, project sites and sales team
● Collations (letters, invoices, putting the financial statements and tax returns into a format that is presentable)
● Handle all travel bookings for Managing Director & Sales Director
● Collating and uploading spreadsheets to the company database ready for uploading online
● Updating supplier price lists data in our databases
● Processing of invoices, payments and purchases in Xero
● Perform other general administration duties as assigned

Requirements:
● Relevant experience in outbound calling, whether appointment setting, phone lead generation, telesales,
telemarketing, sales, collections, etc.
● Excellent phone skills
● Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
● Highly proactive and assertive
● Fantastic organisational skills and strong ability to multitask
● Experience using Xero an advantage
● Experience using Hubspot Sales and Marketing is an advantage
● Strong work ethic
● Can work with minimum supervision
● Great attention to detail
● Ability to quickly learn new systems and online tools
