Associate Admin Assistant

Overview:

Duties & Responsibilities:
 Sync invoices from ConnectWise to Xero.
 Reconcile payments in Xero.
 Win opportunities in ConnectWise to set up new sales order.
 Invoice products from Sales Order
 Check Sales Orders for payment status (daily)
 Create purchase orders to send to suppliers for paid orders.
 Call suppliers to take care of payment on Visa (for PO's requiring pre-payment)
 Monitor accounts and admin inboxes for PO related invoices (add them to the documents tab
on the PO in ConnectWise).
 Receive software orders in ConnectWise.
 Register HP Care Packs.
 Process credit notes.
 Request quote for software renewals.
 Conduct basic product quotes.
 Onboard new clients by setting up the Agreement in ConnectWise, sending the Welcome
Email with helpdeaks flyer and arranging welcome gift via email.
 Prepare Support Agreement Renewal documentation as required.


Essentials Skills:
 Intermediate Microsoft Suite Application skills
 Understanding of inventory systems and stock management
 Good communication and interpersonal skills
 Attention to detail
 Ability to work individually or as part of a team
 Ability to work to schedules and meet deadlines
 Basic knowledge of Skype and other remote desktop applications
