Business Development Representative – Day Shift Schedule

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Actively dialing out to prospective clients from a predefined target list
  • Data mining and sales process management
  • Managing existing customer relationships
  • Achieving monthly sales targets and quota
  • Up selling and cross selling services to existing clients
  • Conducting sales meetings with clients and uncovering opportunities of new revenue
  • Managing an accurate pipeline of business
  • Actively prospecting clients to grow the revenue
  • Providing solutions to client requirements
  • Contacting existing clients and potential decision makers
  • Effectively handling client inquiries
  • Creating and presenting client reports
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related
  • Previous Proven Success in Sales and Business Development experience preferably in a B2B environment for an Australian, New Zealand, US client
  • Digital Experience/Understanding
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
  • Experience in using any CRM
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • High level of accuracy and attention to details
  • Highly organised and with good time management
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to articulate a value proposition and get to the decision maker
  • Ability to reach targets and maintain consistency in KPIs set
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
