Business Development Representative – GY Shift

Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a people centric, customer focused business. Beepo is fast growing BPO in the Clark, Pampanga specialising in Marketing, Sales and Administration services.

Beepo is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to act as the liaison between our
Market Development and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing
campaigns and meeting sales quotas. Our ideal BDR is motivated, results-driven and enjoys working in a team environment.

You will need great English communication skills, both written and verbal. Work hours are during the day. You will be supported by a great working environment, leading benefits, and an opportunity to meet your career goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify new contacts through subscribed databases, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
  • Connect with prospects by calling, emailing, or engaging on social media to generate an interest in our platform.
  • Achieve monthly goals such as number of booked discovery calls and qualified sales opportunities generated.
  • Manage target accounts and develop strong relationships with your assigned Enterprise
  • Account Executives to break into new logos and expand existing accounts.
  • Generate content for personalized email marketing campaigns and maintain a presence on LinkedIn by sharing industry specific material.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Must have 1-2 years of experience in Sales role.
  • College Degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Interest in technology, mobile apps, data, and social media.
  • Comfortable with sales preferably over the phone.
  • Able to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solver and resourceful in finding solutions.
  • Team-player and enjoys collaborating with others.
  • Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM tool is an advantage.
  • Proficient with Hubspot or other marketing automation tools is an advantage.
