Candidate Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Assist directors to source candidates for their open jobs.
● Capture as many candidates as possible to increase the Bullhorn database.
● Arrange client/candidate interviews and follow up with directors after the client
interview to ascertain what action needs to be taken to move the candidate to
offer stage.
● LinkedIn will be used for searching purposes for candidates and you will be
responsible for updating directors LinkedIn profiles with job updates as required.
● Have access to the director's LinkedIn profiles and be responsible for updating
the Bullhorn database with any new connections and their relevant details
● Ensure that all relevant 1st level connections are existing or created in Bullhorn
● Be responsible for connecting with new LinkedIn connections as the result of a
specific search and/or matching up Bullhorn candidates and their LinkedIn
profiles.
● It is anticipated that approximately 5 new job ads are posted per week. You are
to ensure that ads are of a high standard and are free from grammatical errors
and spelling mistakes.
● Have access to list new roles on the job board and you will be responsible for
loading the relevant information to the appropriate fields
● Be responsible for harvesting the job board “back end”. This entails checking
relevant resumes on the job board, sending the role to suitable candidates and
downloading resumes for uploading to the Bullhorn database then correctly
categorising the candidate's experience.
● Process emailed applications to ensure that Bullhorn has “parsed” the
information correctly. Identify suitable applicants for specific roles and make the
directors aware of these candidates in a timely manner.
● Remove and merge duplicate records as they appear.
● Ensure that “hotlists” are relevant and up to date with the appropriate candidate
information allowing other users to contact the candidate directly via email or
phone from their record.
● Continually update candidate resumes from direct emails from the candidates or
through other sources such as LinkedIn and Seek.
● Continually cleanse and clean the data to ensure we have the candidates desired
position title, email, phone and availability
● Action any “bounce backs” from email marketing.
● Action any candidate information relayed to us such as updated availability or
requests to be removed from future mailouts.
● Be responsible for the preparation of client submissions, including resume and
selection criteria formatting in the appropriate client format.
● Respond to and answering candidate requests for information.
● Call lists of candidates to speak to them about specific vacancies as well as
updating their details and creating records of your conversations.

Qualifications and Experience:
● Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition / talent sourcing
● Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
● Attention to detail
● Ideally an understanding of the recruitment process/external recruitment
experience
● Sense of urgency
● Competitive nature
● Experience in a sales focused environment (eg. Telemarketing / real estate etc.)
● Exposure to Bullhorn or similar ATS/CRM
● Understanding of LinkedIn
● Expert user of MS Word & Outlook
● A broad understanding of ICT would be desirable
● Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
