Client Experience Quality Analyst (BPO, Day shift)

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications on delivering customer service.
 Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality.
 Come up with sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
 Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
 Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
 Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
 Develop and maintain an effective audit process and procedures to ensure consistency.
 Ensures the desired quality standards are reached by sharing the audit results on a defined frequency.
 Creates error trend analysis, score cards and proposes immediate action plans to operations.
 Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
 Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
 Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
 Other administrative tasks as directed by management.
