Communications Assistant/Copywriter

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a very special candidate who is passionate and excited about copywriting, who is a motivated learner, self-starter and looking to grow as a professional.
Your primary focus will be on writing, writing and more writing! We need that special someone who is willing to learn and be upskilled into a proficient marketing copywriter.
At the initial stages, the role will be focused on supporting the client with his copywriting projects, and he will mentor you over the next 6 months to be a fully-fledged copywriter.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Copywriting (all forms – see the SERVICES page)
  • Communicating with clients via phone and email to discuss briefs, quotes and payments
  • Managing customers
  • Project management of multiple concurrent projects ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Researching subject matter at all stages of the project cycle
  • Social Media platform management (both internal and client)
  • Proof Reading draft and final documents as quality control
  • Completing training courses to upskill for specific tasks
  • Documenting all training and procedures
  • Adhoc duties as required
  • Fill in for the Marketing Assistant role when she is away 
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
To be our ideal candidate, you need to have:
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to learn quickly
  • High level of proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Apps
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Marketing or a similar role
  • Preferably with experience in marketing support and administration
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
