Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
  • Generate ideas for new content types
  • Create eye-catching and innovative headlines
  • Proofread and articles or posts before publication
  • Write clear marketing copy to promote products or services
  • Ensure all-around consistency such as style, fonts, images, and tone
  • Update website content as needed
  • Do write-ups given the details/ photos of house or property tours
  • Write articles or newsletter for the different social media platforms
  • Create blog posts that will be used for social media advertisements
  • Research topics for the company’s regular podcasts
 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or any related field
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Has Marketing knowledge
  • Experience doing research using multiple sources
  • Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • High attention to details and excellent organization skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines
  • Experience working in the Australian Real Estate Industry would be ideal
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems i.e. InDesign of Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage
  • Creativity in creating newsletters, blog posts, and advertisements would be nice to have
  • Background in the Real Estate industry would be an advantage
