Customer Care Administrator (Admin, Customer Service, Social Media Inquiries)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Understand client products and services
  • Populate data into Shopify - Data entry, Copy and paste
  • Answer customer queries from email, chat and social media platforms quickly and efficiently
  • Provide Sales support to customers by explaining different products and/or services and discussing recommended bundles
  • Grab files, save scripts and medical records in dedicated folders
  • Send out contracts
  • Take phone calls when required
  • Liaise with other departments to provide customers with accurate and reliable information
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Office Administration, Business Management or related
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Admin and Customer Service
  • Experience in answering Email inquiries and Data Entry in online platform
  • Experience in responding to Social Media inquiries and phone calls
  • Good phone etiquette
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • High attention to detail
  • Good time management and organisation skills
  • Ability to provide efficient service to the Clients
  • Fun, cheerful and passionate to work
  • Must have the highest regard for confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Flexible to work overtime when needed
  • Ideally with exposure in Medical products or Healthcare industry
  • Experience in Shopify CRM and Chat Bot would be an advantage
