Customer Service Representative – Maintenance and Repairs

Overview:

Duties & Responsibilities:
● Receive repair and maintenance requests
● Liaise or make follow ups with tradespeople or vendors
● Communicate with and address tenants concerns over the phone.
● Ensure communications are all responded on a timely manner.
● Daily coordination of completed tasks with property manager.
● Perform other maintenance-related tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
● Excellent English Communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Great Customer Service and Phone skills.
● Experience in handling Australian customers over the phone preferred.
● Experience in Australian real estate is an advantage.
● Experience in Maintenance and Repairs preferred.
● Honestly want to help and assist.
● Know when to have fun but are aware when to become professional and
appropriate.
● Are eyeing to correctly complete tasks given to them as their goal.
● Can handle corrections and have self-responsibility.
● Proactive.
