Customer Service Representative (Night Shift) Immediate Start

Qualifications and Experience:
  • At least Senior High School Graduate
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Has strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
  • Experience in Customer Service / Customer Management is required for this position (6-months)
  • Experience on phone, email and live chat support preferred but not required
  • Applicants must supply and support their own computer hardware, software, and internet (Internet can be reimbursed)

What does the Position Entail?
Under the supervision of the Circle Leaders, the primary objective of the Customer Experience Executive (US Non-voice) position is to provide world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient and respectful manner on every call as measured by different performance metrics.
 
What is the Shift Time?
The campaign will follow US Time (Nightshift) and the actual shift will be directed by the reporting manager.
