Customer Service Representative (Weekday schedule – 1:00 am shift)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with existing customers through inbound and outbound calls 
  • Assist customers with their concerns or questions and do follow ups to confirm if issues were resolved
  • Constantly build expertise to provide better guidance to the team’s installers and experts
  • Stay in contact with the supervisor and the team to make sure the workload is shared by everyone
  • Proactively step in to help other team members when you can

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar experience
  • At least 1 to 2 years of customer service experience in the BPO industry
  • Able to communicate clearly and confidently via phone, mobile device, text, and email
  • Tech savvy - can diagnose a problem and make recommendations to fix it
  • Comfortable in handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • Able to multitask and have attention to detail
  • Preferably with knowledge in plumbing, heating, cooling, electric, drain and sewer, basement waterproofing and the like
  • Hardworker and loves working with a team
  • Willing to learn and be cross-trained
  • Understand the importance of serving others
  • Must be willing to work on an early shift (1:00 am PH time)
