Customer Service/Sales Support (Inside Sales, Salesforce CRM & Certification)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls
  • Follow up leads from website
  • Represent the brand to all customers and potential customers
  • Present, promote and sell services in a manner which is consistent with company values and brand position
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Act independently within parameters to solve issues instantly rather than escalate or delay solution
  • Coordinate sales effort and administrative effort with team members and other departments
  • Data entry and CRM management
Qualifications and Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Inside Sales experience
  • Previous experience working for large international companies in a BPO setting (AU, US, etc)
  • Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
  • With good tone over the phone 
  • Salesforce CRM experience. Salesforce Certified is a must.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to see opportunity to upsell
  • Must be across procedures and process driven
  • Proactive and able to share thoughts and ideas
