Customer Service Specialist (Salary at 23K-25K, 2 AM Shift)

What you will do
You will be working directly with our clients and providing an exceptionally high level of support and communication to them and their customers  through various channels. You will promptly respond to enquiries whilst maintaining a sympathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.  In addition depending on the client your are matched with you may also be required to:
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
  • Develop product knowledge (through training) so that you can respond appropriately to questions.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Record keeping using the CRM system as directed.
  • Updating daily and weekly KPI reports
  • Provide feedback to the client on their processes and the efficiencies that could be introduced.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through delivering what is promised
About you?

You will have:
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service
  • You love communicating in English - both verbally and written!
  • You are someone who sincerely listen and is happy to help in a polite and friendly manner.
  • You are open to receiving feedback from clients and from the team.
  • You speak your mind! We also value your thoughts and views hence, you must be willing to share your feedback.
  • You are super organised and have a great attention to detail .
  • You have a happy disposition and love helping others.
  • If under pressure, you are someone who can take time to think to make decisions.
  • You love learning and developing your skills
  • You are happy to work with a team that will help and support each other.
  • You are happy to start early! We work with shifting schedules, start time is at 3am, 5am or 7am.
