Customer Service Superstar (2am shift – Salary at 25k to 30k)

Our client is a New Zealand based, family owned business providing a premium service with exceptional delivery.  Only the best will do for our client and their customers.

What you will do
 
You will be working directly with clients via email and telephone to confirm requests received and optimise the working day through planning and coordination of a mobilised truck fleet.
 
You will also play a pivotal role in providing an exceptionally high level of support and communication to the NZ team (including logistics and reception).
 
In addition you will stay in touch with clients to gain feedback on service and identify future opportunities.
 
You will be required to update daily / weekly reports and the CRM as required but most importantly you will need to deliver what is promised and exceed the expectations of our clients.

  • Experienced in a busy customer service environment where you were required to multitask and work at a fast pace.

  • Are available to do a rotating shift which includes a week of 2:00 AM starts per month (we provide a shuttle service either at Main gate or Mabalacat Gate start point)
