Customer Service with Admin

We are looking for an Admin Support. You must have the willingness to learn and work as part of a team. You will need flawless English communication skills, both written and verbal. Work hours are during the day, with a 7am start time and end at 4pm.

Duties and Responsibilities:
● Data entry for several software programs (Office 365, Service M8 & Infusionsoft).
● Collating & interpreting reports.
● Handles incoming and outgoing communications (including electronic mails) for external customers for reschedule, reminders and follow-ups.
● Invoicing and processing of jobs post completion.
● Document existing and new processes /procedures in the organisation.
● Campaign building.
● Monitoring, managing and updating calendar schedule for other team members.

● 1-2 years experience in Administration
● Undergraduate degree
● At least 1 year of experience in Office 365
● Exceptional oral and written and presentation skills
● Expert in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) / MS Outlook
● Knowledgeable in using Google applications is an advantage
● Highly organized and with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
