Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Implement and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests when needed
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Evaluate emerging technologies
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Marketing or related
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Digital Marketing and Social Media Management experience
  • Experience in Google AdWords and PPC
  • Experience in Email Marketing
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Proven experience reporting marketing metrics
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
