Digital Marketing/Executive Assistant (LinkedIn Management & Copywriting)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Render direct assistance and support to Company Executive
  • Perform email and calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external parties
  • Schedule board meetings and take minutes
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications
  • Create reports and prepare and design presentations through PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Maintain and update company files and database
  • Organise and file company document
  • Communicate with people for updates or confirmations
  • Follow up contracts from clients
  • Assist in promoting and growing the business
  • Update website content and assist with Marketing initiatives 
  • Manage LinkedIn account and research for relevant articles for posting
  • Extract and collate contacts to build database
  • Assist with event planning and coordination when needed
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Marketing, Management or any related course
  • Experience in an Executive Assistant role
  • Design and Presentation experience through PowerPoint
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, LinkedIn account management, Contacts and Database management
  • Experience in Copywriting
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Apps
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work within deadlines and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Experience in SEO/SEM would be an advantage
  • Events Coordination experience would be nice to have
