Digital Marketing Manager (Weekends off)

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
Digital Strategy
  • Plan and execute fully integrated campaigns
  • Develop a programmatic advertising strategy that aligns to customers segments and commercial targets.
  • Shape and execute the multi-channel campaign and lead generation plan.
  • Improve the online customer journey and effectively leverage paid, owned and earned media consumption. This will involve analyzing dashboard metrics in order to optimize various channel strengths and weaknesses
 
Google Marketing
  • Develop a Search Engine Marketing strategy and work with the Content team to align with Organic Search.
  • Improve the effectiveness and return on investment of SEM campaigns across the business
  • Optimize content through Google Display advertising to encourage lead generation
 
Social Channels
  • Develop and implement an effective Social Media strategy across relevant platforms that drives engagement and brand awareness
  • Update and monitor social campaigns across all channels - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
Budget Control
  • Manage, maintain and report on digital marketing investment
  • Make recommendations on cost-saving and/or growth opportunities within digital channels
Reporting
  • Improve the online customer journey and effectively leverage paid, owned and earned media consumption. This will involve analyzing dashboard metrics in order to optimize various channel strengths and weaknesses
  • Review and present weekly summary performance/digital data, including recommendations and communicate marketing results, both written and verbal, to the stakeholders on an ongoing basis
  • Continuously evaluating and optimizing the customer journey across all touchpoints, providing first-rate customer experience.
 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Graduate of Bachelor Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration Management, Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of solid understanding of digital systems and technology
  • Exceptional background and understanding of SEO and SEM.
  • Experience in loyalty and database marketing
  • Experience with CRM and/or email marketing platforms
  • Experience in Social Media management
  • Experience with Google Display advertising
  • Excellent analytical, numerical and planning skills
  • Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
